Confirmation Agreement

As a band, “Blue Siren” is always happy to fulfill the obligations they are hired for.  In order to be able to fill those obligations, there are a few requirements necessary that must be met on behalf of the hiring party.  These are;

  • There must be a reasonable amount of room for the band, power and electrical outlets.

  • If it’s an outdoor event, there must be an even surface to set up on, and a cover over the band.  If there is no cover over the band, the hiring party agrees to pay for any damage done to equipment by weather. 

  • Cancellations:

  • Blue Siren will give a minimum of 30 days’ notice if they must cancel or reschedule a booking.

  • The hiring party must give a minimum of 30 days’ notice if cancelling or rescheduling.  If the hiring party cancels a booking under the 30 day required period;

  • They will be required to pay the band half the amount that was originally agreed upon and;

  • If cancellation occurs 7 days or less of the booking, the full amount is to be paid to the band. 

  • Payment is required by the end of the bands performance.  Deposits may be required for some events.  If the hiring party would like to pay with a check, this first must be cleared by a member of the band, and full payment is to be received 14 days prior to the bands performance.  Amount of pay is to be kept confidential by both parties. 

  • Blue Siren agrees to be well rehearsed and professional. The band will need a few short breaks depending on the length of time they are hired.
